On the evening of May 1, the NYPD was notified of a smoking vehicle by an observant street vendor. According to the New York Times, a white male was seen fleeing the scene shortly after parking the vehicle. On the heels of this was a YouTube video from the Pakistani Taliban claiming responsibility, and judging by the audio it appears as if the video was recorded beforehand because the video expected the bombing to be successful leading credence to the TTP claim. At this point that is the only verification we have as too the responsibility for the attempted attack, although Fox News did report that a 911 call was made several hours after the bombs discovery claiming that it was to be a prelude to a larger attack. Any connection between the two is purely speculative until more information is released.
It is still possible that this was an attack orchestrated by another group, but since the TTP claimed responsibility and other information is lacking we can try to dissect the Taliban's involvement. In the past two years grassroots jihadists have been either homegrown or spent some time at an actual training camp, but they are hardly seasoned operators. After taking into account the type of components used for this VBIED, and the subsequent failure, it does not appear as if this individual had the requisite training to make these components detonate properly. That being said, it is possible that the perpetrator reached out to the group via the internet, or perhaps, had some rudimentary training somewhere. If the rest of this individual's tradecraft is as poor as the attempted bombing the perpetrator may have a difficult time eluding law enforcement.

According to the scientists all the majors cities on the costs will fall eventually to the weather(water rising, old age, etc.). Back in the old days people used to build cities concentrated as centers for government, trades, entertainment etc. because of communications(back then people had to walk or ride a horse to communicate - "easier when everything is close by")). Those major cities as we all know are also targets for terrorists. The smart thing to would to plan for the future where all the cities are moved inland, as well as all the (more high value targets for idiots should be spread out; and to build tall,huge towers(to pursue an caveman's ideology to reach for the sky's - stupidity at its best). The communication and technology between people in today's world allows for such planes to be possible. You need new plans for new cities(more efficient and environmentally friendly as well). But, in the history in mankind people used to have guts(ignorant little punks is kind of a popular theme now). I would also recommend the major sports arenas to be spread out outside the cities(the New England Patriots would be a great example of that - not to mention it is spreading wealth and jobs around the entire state, not only one city. Again here in the US and around the world is so much work to be done, only if the world rich boys decided to make money available for all the people to get busy.
"Second the arrogance or insults from the comedy people do attract some of those attacks. What a lot of people over here do not understand is that ;to some cultures to insult someone is worse then killing one; but you know this kind a goes back to American values as well, back when people had and showed respect for each other. I have heard that even common criminals had respect( the day belong to people who want to do the right thing, and the night is where the other crowed did their activities) To humiliate other people and their way of life(ignorant idiots even try to humiliate God), should be condemned by the US and punishable by prison. You know even a soldier(a good soldier has respect for his enemy). And what we have here is a lot of dysfunctional,stupid,high, ignorant idiots attracting retaliations and contribute to making America less safer for majority of really good people. And then they ask man and woman who still have those good old values to protect them and fight for their stupidity. The law makers need to come up with that law where such insults would be simply illegal, and would be a positive step towards keeping America safer as well.
